Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Tunic Pay works with banks and other financial institutions to help their customers share information about transactions that may involve payments, scams, or other suspicious activity. Our service allows you to provide additional context and documentation so that your bank can better assess what has happened and decide what action to take (including releasing your payment faster).

We do not provide independent financial advice and we do not guarantee that any money will be recovered. Any decisions about blocking, reversing or refunding payments are made by your bank or financial institution, not by Tunic Pay.

Our services are provided free of charge to you, and Tunic Pay will never ask you to pay us directly. These Terms set out the rules and guidelines for using our website and services.

Privacy Statement

  • Providing guidance on the payment's risk level, and contacting relevant authorities and financial institutions

  • Raising awareness about scammer activities

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact our Data Champion on info@tunicpay.com or the address listed in our footer.
